Return& Refund Policy
Thank you in advance for choosing AliweyaHair.If you have any dissatisfaction with the Aliweyahair, please contact us at service@aaliweyahair.com first. We are willing to provide return and exchange service within 30 days after delivery.
the policy as follow:
1. To be eligible for a return,.Please do not cut the lace, make sure the wig is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 30 days.
2. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please contact us first if you need return or exchange
3. When a customer buys the wrong item, the item doesn't fit, or the customer doesn't want the item anymore, the return shipping fee is afforded by the buyer
4. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item
5. If the returning is due to buyer’s problems (Such as don’t like/want, order wrong product/size ),We will deduct $20 as relisting fee
6. When an item was shipped by mistake, damaged in transit, or otherwise defective. We'll pay for your return
7. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
How to Return
1.Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the package

Note: a.Please let us know your order number and the reason for the return in the email.
b. Attach some pictures of the product in the package
2.Please return the items after the return/exchange request has been authorized
3.please email us the return tracking number as you ship the hair back. We will start the process of refund or exchange when we receive the return package.
About Refund
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 1-2 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: within 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 7-10 business days
